Warm sunny day. Nathan helped me put out the garbage this morning. Put in some time on the beach. Read a little. Meditated a little. Played with Nathan. Watched him feed seagulls.
Well don't pull a muscle with all that exercising your're doing. Of course you could be here shoveling the driveway. It's been snowing since sunday morning. It's stopped now and there's not THAT much snow, but it still looks nicer where you're at than here.
