This morning we visited the local Toyota dealer to have our car checked out because it was making a chirping noise. They have a great system here where you drive in, a fellow comes out to chat about your problem, and he assigns you a time for receiving service. The wait for us was an hour during which time we got into a conversation with two fellows, brothers in the literal sense, originally from Quebec.
The day was overcast so after the car had been restored to its quiet self we browsed in a Books-A-Million store for a while then came home so I could (ahem) catch up on work. This at home Net access is proving to be highly convenient.

Why waste all that time? I could have told you from here that you had a bird under the hood. What else could make a chirping noise?
